Hospitality is made of small gestures, and here at Locanda De Manincor it becomes part of every dish - together with the history of our territory, made up of timeless flavors and intense aromas
Our menu follows the seasons, sharing stories about Trentino and its specialties. Our narrative embraces a vast territory: from traditional products from Val di Fiemme, the homeland of our innkeeper, all the way to the south, reaching Lake Garda. Flavours to be discovered together with a cellar made up of over 120 wines, carefully selected to match every single preparation in the best possible way.

Where it all begins
This is where the ingredients of our menu come from
Born 40 years ago when the dairies of the Fiemme and Fassa valleys merged, it is one of the best dairies in Trentino, producing the famous Puzzone di Moena
Since the early 20th century, the Felicetti family has been producing durum wheat pasta using spring water and high-altitude air: it is the only pasta factory in Europe located more than 1,000 meters above sea level.
Just across the border between Trentino and Alto Adige, the Alter Keller Butcher Delicatessen supplies us with the best cured meats, made according to tradition.
The fruit and vegetables you find on our menu are lovingly grown by the Bertamini family, whose land is located just north of our inn, in the Oltresarca area
Finally, one of our favorite suppliers is Lake Garda itself. The protagonists of many of our dishes come directly from its waters - like pike, whitefish, perch and sardines, all purchased directly from local fishermen.
